Environment

In order to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere we ask that you turn off all cell phones before entering.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time.

Parking is available, also meter-free street parking. Try not to park on the meter.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We need a 24 hours cancelation notice.I case of emergency please call before 9:00 AM that morning.

We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or in emergencies prior to 9:00 a.m. the day of appointment.

If you are going to be late: We will wait up to 20 minutes, and the appt. is then considered a no-show. No-show appt: We charge 50% of the full amount of the facial prior to any discounts, vouchers or special offers.

Stuck in traffic: If you are stuck in traffic, let us know as soon as the situation occurs.

Refunds

No refunds on services. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so together we can reach a solution.
